CRP Turibdimetric Antibody(3*20+1*12)ml
900 EGP
Quantitative determination of CRP in human Serum and Plasma. Immunoturbidimetric method.
Description
Immunoturbidimetric assay. Anti-CRP antibodies react with antigen in the sample to form an antigen/antibody complex. Following agglutination produces a proportional turbidimetric reaction that is measured photometrically at 340 nm. Addition of PEG allows the reaction to progress rapidly to the end point, increasing sensitivity and reducing the risk of samples containing excess antigen producing false negative results. Using calibrator of known concentration is possible to quantify the sample.
